A day in the kitchen today!

First off, a slow cooker chilli that will last a few days ( and freeze well), followed by some Chelsea Buns inspired by The Great British Bake Off last week – never made before so fingers crossed.
Then a few pickles, shallots and eggs. I love pickled eggs!  They remind me of the days when we went to the local pub and had a pickled egg in a bag of crisps ?

My slow cooker chilli
8 out of 9 Chelsea Buns!
3 jars of pickled shallots
And a few jars of pickled eggs
