I spent a very productive hour this morning with David (and later on Phil) having a look around the new Leaf & Ground “Garden Centre”. I say a garden centre because everyone calls a place that sells plants a garden centre, but it is going to be so much more than that!

It is Farm shop selling locally sourced and own grown produce; A cafe that with speciality ice creams and gelato flavoured by own grown fruits; A garden & home shop selling all the essentials that a gardener needs from seeds and plants to tools and clothing; A fitness trail for those so inclined and 20 acres of woodland & fields to explore; A play area for children; A place to see rare breed animals: not to mention the area set aside for allotments!
